Whilst Nicola is able to produce a confection based on any style and idea, her trademark has become her Victorian wedding cakes.  These beautiful creations bring back the traditional vintage wedding cake and combine the highest standard in design with an exceptional skill in sugar craft.

Nicola only commissions 25 - 30 wedding cakes a year, allowing her to focus properly on each design and give the utmost attention to quality, detail and service.
