We have already taken some lovely bookings for 2012 – mostly Kent weddings, with a sprinkling of Central London and a couple in Essex – oh and not forgetting a lovely commission for Highclere Castle in September. Very exciting.

Our Kent bookings are spread all over the County and a few on site meetings let us remember how lucky we are to visit such beautiful landmarks.  Hever Castle, Leeds Castle, Salomons Tunbridge Wells and High Rocks, also in Tunbridge Wells are just some of the venues we will be visiting this year.

So far, it seems to be our Bow Belle design that has captured most brides’ attention on the website.  This design was created for Catherine and Stephen for their wedding at Hever Castle in Kent last July.

The Vintage Sugar Garden is also causing quite a stir and I have received lots of calls, with people asking ‘are you sure those cups and saucers are sugar?!  Yes, they definately are.  I am quite sure!  This beautiful sugar collection is to form part of a wedding feature in a very well known Kent wedding magazine shortly. So, keep your eyes peeled…

We recently appeared on the BBC – just before Christmas.  We worked with the Hairy Bikers for their ‘Best of British’ series and we feature for 7 minutes to form part of the ‘wedding’ episode.  If you missed it, it is being rerun this month, so watch out for the ‘wedding’ episode – although I should be able to attach a clip to the blog very soon (but this involves bribing my lovely web designer as I think I could be running out of ‘little favours!)

Had an exciting time filming with Channel Five on Sunday.  Can’t tell you any more just yet, but will let you know as soon as I am allowed to…..

Right, better get back to the kitchen…
