Thanks so much for the pictures, they bring back some really magical memories.

We had such a fabulous day and our amazing chocolate cake was a big part of that. Thank you so much for creating our chocolate masterpiece. You are so clever! As soon as our guests walked into the room the smell of chocolate hit them and there were even bigger smiles when everyone tasted it. We're still being asked where we got our cake from so you made quite an impression.

Thank you for everything, Nicola. You've been so lovely and brilliant from the first time we met you at Nonsuch, to your excited phone call letting us know the cake was ready, and setting it up in all its glory on our wedding day. Roll on the next celebration so we have an excuse to order another one!

You captured my ideas and theme and used it to create the most perfect cake I had ever seen. It was fit for a princess, your attention to detail is flawless.

Most of all I would like to say thank you for the personal and professional service you provided to us. From the moment we sent an email for a consultation up until the day we retuned the cake stand you have been truly wonderful. You genuinely care and have such passion for cakes and weddings.

We feel very lucky to have you make our wedding cake, worth every single penny and more.

Dear Nicola,

A massive thank you to you and your team who have clearly worked tirelessly to create the most curiously beautiful wedding cake that we have ever seen.

Our guests looked on in wonder as they marvelled at whether the flowers and teacups were real or not! The colour palette and mismatch design harmonised perfectly with our flowers and really added a sense of wonderment to accompany our Alice in Wonderland tea part theme.

A Vintage Sugar Garden that one would gladly get lost in!

Having sampled each of the flavours we can honestly say that they are all our favourites - absolutely delicious, especially with a cup of English tea!

We would love to send you some images from the day, and are sure to let you know when our photographers send the photos through.

Wow, what can I say? I was speechless! It was absolutely amazing, even better than I could ever have imagined! All of our guests commented on the cake, most of them initially doubted that it was even a cake as the detail was unbelieveable. You captured the parts of my dress to incorporate within the cake, perfectly.

Thank you so much for your continued communication throughout, it was great to not have to worry or chase you up at any point, to be able to leave the design and delivery with you when planning the rest of the wedding was a huge plus for me. Finally, the taste was also divine!! My nan said, 'the best cake I've ever eaten', and she's eaten alot of cake!!!

Thanks again Nicola, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you.

Good luck with the Hairy Bikers feature, let me know when its due to be televised.

Julian and I would like to say a huge thank you for the beautiful wedding cake you made for us on 18th December.

It was everything we imagined and more. The contrast of the red roses with the white icing was very dramatic and was made even more attractive by the intricate beading piped onto the cake. The detail
matched the delicate pattern on my wedding dress and emphasised the Victorian theme of our day.

You kept us informed of how our cake was progressing from the time we placed our order and it was truly refreshing not to have to chase a supplier to find out what was going on. Marvellous! You ensured
we kept calm leading up to the wedding which was nothing less than a miracle!

The attention to detail was excellent. You managed to incorporate all of the elements from our wedding day, including arranging the gorgeous fresh roses and the pearl drop icing. We especially loved the
bespoke icing plaque that showed our initials.

Thank you for taking the time to personally set up the cake prior to the reception itself and taking this aspect completely off our hands.

I would just like to take this opportunity to tell you that our cake was everything I could have dreamed of and more. It not only looked amazing it tasted amazing too.

Thank you so much for everything. I was so overwhelmed when I saw the room before all the guests entered and the cake (it doesn’t do it justice just calling it a cake, it’s a masterpiece) was
completely stunning!

It looked fabulous in the surroundings of the Painted Hall and worked so well with all the white roses in the bouquets and the centerpieces. The Tiffany colour was perfect!

You were brilliant from our very first meeting - a true professional and certainly worth every penny.

Thank you once again, I would recommend you to anyone and everyone for a truly original and unique cake, with the most professional service!

I practically lived on cake after coming back from honeymoon. In fact, I may have overdone it, as my doctor called me after some routine blood tests to ask me to come back for more: apparently my blood
sugar was so high (after
a wedding cake breakfast) that he wanted to check that I wasn't diabetic! (Relax - I'm not!)
